국제중독전문가 자격증 시험 안내
1. 콜롬보플랜의 국제중독전문가 자격에 대한 소개
국제중독전문가 자격시험 및 관리를 전담하는 기구 인 GCCC(Global Centre for Credentialing and Certification)는 콜롬보 플랜의 산하기관으로 미국 국제 마약 및 법집행국(Bureau of international Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs : INL)의 지원을 받고 있다. 한국중독전문가협회는 콜롬보 플랜의 한국 대표로 활동하고 있으며 국제중독전문가 시험을 시행하기로 함.
2. 시험응시 일정
일정 : 2019년 8월 18일 일요일 오후 1시 ~ 4시
장소 : 추후공지
1) 시험 응시료 : 콜롬보플랜에 내는 비용 100불 + 송금료
(서류 통과 후 시험응시 대상자는 개별통지 받은 후 응시원서 page 7 하단에 송금할 계좌로 직접 송금하시기 바랍니다.)
2) 중독전문가협회 시험 대행료 : 서류업무대행, 시험장소 대관료 포함
(1) ICUDDR_Korea 기관 소속 응시자 : 5만원
(2) 그 외의 응시자 : 7만원

3) 시험대비 특강
서류 심사 진행 후 시험 응시생을 위한 특강을 준비하고 있음
8월 3일(토) ~ 4일(일) 예정
특강 참가비 : 10만원(교육비, 교재비, 대관료 포함)
자료 : 콜롬보플랜에서 나온 시험대비 교본
3. 시험 자격 증빙 서류 제출
제출 완료일 : 2019년 5월 25일 밤 12시
제출 서류 : 첨부파일 참조하여 작성하고, 물질중독(SUD) 관련 영문경력증명서와 SUD 관련 상담 업무를 직접 관찰한 슈퍼바이저 또는 다른 건강관리전문가가 확인한 상담 기술 및 기능의 역 량에 대한 기술을 영문으로 작성하여 제출.
(중협 중독전문가 1급, 2급 응시생에게 필요한 서류)

3. 영문재직증명서
4. 수퍼바이저 싸인(시간은 조건에 맞게 작성되어야함.)

4. 자격시험 종류(첨부파일 참조)
1) ICAP I-Treatment : 한글 또는 영어 중 원하는 언어 선택 가능
(1) A minimum of 1 year of full time (at least 1500 hours) of supervised working experience in a substance use disorder (SUD) related field. High School/Secondary diploma, or equivalency.
물질 사용 장애 (SUD) 관련 분야에서 최소 1 년의 풀 타임 (최소 1,500 시간)의 근무 경험. 고등학교 / 중고등 학교 졸업장 또는 동등한 학위(회복자인 경우).
(2) Written description of competency in counselling skills and functions as verified by supervisors or other health care professionals who have personally observed the candidate’s SUD-related counselling work.
응시후보자의 SUD 관련 상담 업무를 직접 관찰한 슈퍼바이저 또는 다른 건강관리전문가가 확인한 상담 기술 및 기능의 역량에 대한 기술.

(3) Documentation of a total of 120 contact hours of education and/or training in SUD-related counselling subjects. Included in this total must be at least 6 contact hours of HIV/AIDS and 6 contact hours of ethics training.
SUD 관련 상담 과목에서 총 120 시간의 교육 및 / 또는 교육 관련 문서를 제출해야 하고, 이 총계에는 적어도 6 시간의 HIV / AIDS와 6 시간의 윤리 훈련(보수교육 받은 것이 있으면 됨)이 있어야합니다.
(4) Signed agreement to adhere to the GCCC Code of Ethics for counsellors.
상담자를 위한 GCCC 윤리 강령을 준수하겠다는 계약에 동의
(5) Completed application for the ICAP I : ICAP I 신청서 작성 완료
(6) Payment of non-refundable application fee if qualifications are met.
자격 요건이 충족되면 응시료(환불되지 않음)를 지불해야합니다.
2) ICAP II-Treatment: 영어로만 응시 가능
(1) A minimum of 2 years of full time (at least 3000 hours) of supervised working experience in a substance use disorder (SUD) related field. Passage of the first public examination, High School/Secondary, or equivalency.
물질 사용 장애 (SUD) 관련 분야에서 최소 2 년의 풀 타임 (최소 3000 시간)의 근무 경험. 고등학교 / 중고등 또는 이와 동등한 시험을 통과해야합니다.
(2) Current ICAP I in Treatment (may be waived with a Bachelors or higher degree in SUD-related field).
현재 ICAP I 소지하고 근무 중 (SUD 관련 분야에서 학사 또는 그 이상으로 면제 될 수 있음).
(3) Written description of competency in counselling skills and functions as verified by supervisors or other health care professionals who have personally observed the candidate’s SUD-related counselling work.
응시 후보자의 SUD 관련 상담 작업을 직접 관찰 한 슈퍼바이저 또는 다른 건강관리 전문가가 확인한 상담 기술 및 기능의 역량에 대한 기술.
(4) Documentation of a total of 240 contact hours of education and/or training in SUD-related counselling subjects. Included in this total must be at least 6 contact hours of HIV/AIDS and 6 contact hours of ethics training.
SUD 관련 상담 과목에서 총 240 시간의 교육 및 / 또는 교육 관련 문서. 이 총계에는 적어도 6 시간의 HIV / AIDS와 6 시간의 윤리 훈련이 있어야합니다.
(5) Signed agreement to adhere to the GCCC Code of Ethics for counsellors.
상담자를 위한 GCCC 윤리 강령을 준수하겠다는 계약에 동의해야 합니다.

1. A minimum of 5 years of full time (at least 7500 hours) of supervised working experience in a substance use disorder (SUD) related field. A College/University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Current ICAP II in Treatment (may be waived with a Master’s or higher degree in SUD-related field).
3. Written description of competency in counselling skills and functions as verified by supervisors or other health care professionals who have personally observed the candidate’s SUD-related counselling work.
4. Documentation of a total of 500 contact hours of education and/or training in
SUD-related counselling subjects. Included in this total must be at least 6 contact hours of HIV/AIDS and 6 contact hours of ethics training.
5. Signed agreement to adhere to the GCCC Code of Ethics for counsellors.
6. Completed application for the ICAP III
7. Payment of non-refundable application fee if qualifications are met.
